About The Position

Help us build an amazing care team-right in the heart of Warrington! We're hiring a Staffing Coordinator at our beautiful assisted living community to manage care staff schedules and support recruitment efforts. If you have healthcare scheduling and recruiting experience, we'd love to hear from you! Arbor's Staffing Coordinator manages the schedules and recruiting of the care department staff. The Staffing Coordinator will respond to calls received after 6pm and on weekends to ensure scheduling concerns are addressed for staff. As a Staffing Coordinator at The Arbor Company, your work matters. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing (On Shift) or similar electronic staff scheduling tracking system.
  • Previous experience with staff scheduling is REQUIRED.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Great responsiveness and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to be on call after work hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage care staff schedules and support recruitment efforts.
  • Respond to calls received after 6pm and on weekends to address scheduling concerns.
  • Ensure the team has the appropriate number of staff for each shift.
  • Handle all matters related to leave of staff and timekeeping.
