About The Position
At Allegro Senior Living, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Care Staff. This part-time position is essential in delivering resident care services under the supervision of the Resident Services Director (RSD) in Assisted Living and Ensemble areas. The Care Staff plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive physical and social environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The primary responsibility of the Care Staff is to assist residents with their activities of daily living, which includes bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, medicinal reminders, and incontinence care. It is vital to keep accurate records of care, including a resident service plan, and to document all services provided. The Care Staff must be familiar with each resident's service plan and maintain daily communication with Resident Services associates to ensure continuity of care. In addition to providing direct care, the Care Staff is expected to promote a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors, and to support the programming and operations of the neighborhood. This role requires a friendly, service-oriented approach to all encounters with residents and associates, fostering a supportive and flexible working environment that empowers team members to exceed residents' expectations.
