Join the team at Balfour at Central Park as the Care Services Director ! The Care Services Director manages and directs a high-quality Assisted Living Program providing superior care services delivered with compassion. As a motivational leader this individual supervises and coordinates resident assessments, medications, safety procedures, and department budgets. What do we do? Requirements

Three to five years of supervisory experience
BS degree in human services, psychology, nursing, or related fields
Experience in working with seniors
Resident Care Director experience / Director of Nursing experience
Ability to work weekends and/or nights as needed
Licensed as RN, LVN/LPN required
CPR Certified
First Aid Certified
Universal Precautions trained

Responsibilities

Complete accurate and regular resident assessments
Determine the appropriate level of care
Maintain all resident information, files, and reports
Supervise and administer all resident medications
Maintain emergency plans and meet all safety requirements
Coordinate care provided by third parties, maintaining positive relationships with a variety of third-party care providers
Manage Assisted Living budget and expenses
Forecast and schedule necessary levels of staffing
Conduct departmental planning and forecasting
Hire and train care team associates
Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction
