About The Position
Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Professionals (our term for caregivers). We help aging adults stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. . Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Personalized companionship : Friendly conversation, emotional support, and engagement in hobbies or activities. Daily living assistance : Light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments. Specialized care : Support for clients with Alzheimer’s or other cognitive conditions.
Requirements
- A heart for helping others and a respectful, compassionate attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required if transporting clients.
Nice To Haves
- Experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
Responsibilities
