Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to clients according to their care plans, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Perform household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Escort clients to appointments, shopping, and other activities as needed
- Communicate changes in client condition promptly and accurately to supervisors
- Maintain thorough documentation of care provided and client status
