About The Position

The Balfour at Ann Arbor community incorporates all we have learned from our nearly 20 years of developing and operating senior housing. Offering a continuum of care paired with our signature amenities and services, Balfour brings a new choice for an exceptional senior living community in Ann Arbor. We're seeking passionate talented associates to join the Balfour at Ann Arbor team. You will partner with our licensed nurses to provide the highest quality of care and service to assist with residents' daily living needs while supporting their emotional wellbeing. Assist with light housekeeping and perform departmental tasks such as documentation in PCC & Life Loop, organization of medical supplies, carts and storage.

Requirements

• Ability to interact with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members.
• High level of compassion and care for elderly residents.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a care partner for the elderly.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with licensed nurses to provide care and service to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living needs.
• Support residents' emotional wellbeing.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
