Requirements

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents, promoting their health and well-being.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and neat environment for residents according to facility standards and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and vendors.
  • Manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills.
