Sign-On Bonus Available: Full-time QMAPs are eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus, paid progressively over four months. Part-time QMAPs are eligible for a $2.000 sign-on bonus, paid progressively over four months. Please note, PRN hires are not eligible for a sign-on bonus. As a Care Partner, you’ll build meaningful relationships while providing hands-on care and emotional support that truly makes a difference.
