Requirements

Previous caregiving experience in assisted living, memory care, or a similar setting.
A compassionate and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to resident care.

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Administering medications and monitoring residents' well-being as needed.
Creating a safe and supportive environment for residents.
