Rakhma Homes (an ancient Aramaic word meaning "unconditional love") champions dignity in the care of individuals living with memory loss in a small home-like environment. We provide person-centered care and strive to deliver outstanding customer service to residents, families, vendors, and potential residents. Rakhma seeks upbeat, kind, positive Care Partners (CPs) to provide loving care to our residents as part of a dynamic team. All of our Care Partners are responsible for caregiving, activities, med passing, housekeeping/projects and cooking. Shifts are AM (6:40am-3:00pm), PM (2:40pm-11:00pm), NOC (10:40pm-7:00am). Shift time modifications are not available. We are seeking a full-time or 2 part-time, hard-working, positive, and loving Care Partner(s) that wants to be part of the Rakhma family. If we can get you hired and background check approved by Friday, Jul 11th, you may be eligible for state sponsored bonus! We currently have a mix of open shifts (AM/PM/NOC) at our Minnetonka location. It is a requirement to work every other weekend to be fair to all employees. Week One (example Jul 13-19): Sunday AM shift 6:40am-3:00pm Tuesday PM shift 2:40pm-11:00pm Wednesday PM shift 2:40pm-11:00pm Friday AM shift 6:40am-3:00pm Friday NOC shift 10:40pm-7:00am Week Two (example Jul 20-26): Tuesday AM shift 6:40am-3:00pm Wednesday PM shift 2:40pm-11:00pm Friday AM shift 6:40am-3:00pm Friday NOC shift 10:40pm-7:00am Saturday AM shift 6:40am-3:00pm You will also be required to sign up for one on-call weekend every eight weeks (on an off weekend). On-Call weekends: You will be scheduled for weekend on-call. This means that you will pick up last minute open shifts from Friday 2:30pm to Monday 7:00am. For being on call, you will receive $100 for the weekend as long as you cover the shifts that become available. You will not have to cover more than 2 shifts in a row unless 1 of them is a sleeper position. It is possible that you could be called in to work on Friday evening, Saturday evening, and Sunday overnight. It is also possible that you are not called in at all, in which case, you would still receive the $100 for the weekend. All employees accrue Earned Safe and Sick Time. Employees who work 20 or more hours per week earn Paid Time Off as well as the opportunity to design your own benefits package with flexible contribution options. Benefits start after 30 days. Enjoy a competitive salary (starting wage dependent upon experience, ability to support multiple homes or pick up additional on-call weekends). Starting wages: $20.00 - $24.00/hour (for those starting less than $22/hr, there will be a $1.00 wage increase after approved for med passing). Occasional overtime available.
