We are seeking hard-working, positive, and loving Care Partners that want to be part of the Rakhma family. We currently have full-time and part-time openings at our St. Paul location. Full-time position as follows: Week 1: WED PM (2:30P-11:00p), THU PM (2:30p-11:00p), FRI AM (6:30a-3:00p), SAT AM/PM (6:30a-11:00p double shift) example of dates would be Jan 11-17, 2026 Week 2: MON AM (6:30a-3:00p), WED PM (2:30P-11:00p), THU PM (2:40p-11:00p), FRI AM/PM (6:30a-11:00p double shift) example of dates would be Jan 18-24, 2026 Part-time shifts available: Every other weekend SAT AM/PM (6:30a-11:00p double shift), SUN PM shift (2:30p-11:00p) example of dates would be Jan 10-11 and Jan 24-25 Unless you wish otherwise, we provide every other weekend off. You will also be responsible for one On-Call weekend every eight weeks (on an off weekend). This means that you will pick up last minute open shifts from Friday 2:30pm to Monday 7:00am. For being on call, you will receive $100 bonus for the weekend as long as you cover the shifts that become available. You will not have to cover more than 2 shifts in a row unless 1 of them is a sleeper position. It is possible that you could be called in to work on Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday overnight. It is also possible that you are not called in at all, in which case, you would still receive the $100 for the weekend. You also are able to pick up any open shifts. Job responsibilities: All of our Care Partners are responsible for resident engagement/activities, caregiving, med passing, housekeeping (cleaning, organizing, deep cleaning), cooking, sometimes snow shoveling, and attending/completing required learning.
