About The Position

Looking to join a great team? Look no further! Apply to be a med tech today at Allen Harbor! No experience necessary, we will train you onsite. $5,000 sign on bonus that starts paying after 30 days (30 days = $1,000, day 60 = $2,000 and then the final $2,000 at 90 days!). Shift differentials apply to evening, night and weekend shifts. Must be able to work every other weekend, or every Saturday or every Sunday. Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and successfully complete training as required by State regulations.
  • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
  • Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
  • Must meet all health requirements and pass background check.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care assisting residents in their daily activities.
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility and incontinence care.
  • Keep proper care records.
  • Report any changes in resident's conditions.
  • Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
