About The Position
This role combines tasks from both Care Partner and Medication Technician positions, involving a mix of hands-on care and assistance with medication. The exact responsibilities will depend on the community's needs. Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Work with residents living with dementia, Alzheimer's, and/or memory-impaired, with chemical dependency, or similar issues under the direction of the Care Manager/Medication Manager. Responsible for the accurate and timely distribution of medications to residents according to the written orders and instructions provided by physicians. This position also involves following all medication practices per Medication Training, Company Policy, and Title 22 Regulations.
