About The Position

The Care Partner position at Arrow Senior Living is a full-time role located in Westlake, Ohio, with a starting wage of $18-$20 per hour. The shift schedule includes working three days one week and four days the next, with hours from 7 AM to 7 PM. Care Partners are expected to create human connections with residents, assist with activities of daily living, and foster an inclusive and positive environment. Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Create human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Be present and share talents with residents and team members.
• Invest wholeheartedly in work, team members, and the community.
• Engage in personal development, growth, and training within the organization.
