About The Position

The Care Partner position at Arrow Senior Living is a full-time role located in Highland Heights, Ohio. The starting wage for Care Partners is between $18 and $20 per hour. The shift schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday from 7 AM to 7 PM. Care Partners are expected to create human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments, assist with activities of daily living (ADL), and foster an inclusive and positive environment. The role requires a proactive approach to resident care and engagement in personal development and training within the organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Create human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Be present and share talents with residents and team members.
• Invest wholeheartedly in work, team members, and the community.
• Engage in personal development, growth, and training within the organization.
