About The Position
Founded in 2014 by Dr. Geiss, Senior Doc is a fast-growing medical group focused on delivering personalized care to seniors across multiple states. We specialize in dementia care and work closely with healthcare providers to ensure safe, effective treatment plans through our pharmacy-integrated model. Our mission is simple: improve quality of life for seniors and bring peace of mind to their families. We’re looking for a compassionate, resourceful Care Navigator to join our team. This is a remote phone-based position, with no face-to-face patient contact. You’ll play a critical role in guiding patients and families through their care journey, providing support, resources, and connection every step of the way.
