Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 year degree in medical office administration or equivalent experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record preferred
• Is at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Exceptional customer service
• Greet Clients and Visitors
• Answer Multi-line telephone and direct calls
• Schedule Appointments
• Collect copays and fees
• Flexibility to cover hours outside of normal shift is required
• Ability to drive to all 4 locations - Waite Park, Monticello, Buffalo and Elk River
