Our community is known for its compassionate environment and high-quality care standards. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Care/Med Tech to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in medical technology or healthcare is preferred.
Previous experience as a care/medical technician or in a similar role is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.
Ability to handle residents’ information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents as prescribed and ensure proper documentation according to facility policies.
Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding as needed.
Monitor residents’ health and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' health and any administered treatments.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff to provide comprehensive care.
Ensure the safety and comfort of residents by adhering to established policies and procedures.
