About The Position

Care Manager RN at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Part-time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
2 years experience in healthcare related field (Acute, Ambulatory, or Post-Acute).
2 years experience in Acute Care Management (Care Coordination or Utilization Management) or successful completion of the Transitions in Practice (TIP) program for Care Managers.
