Care Manager RN - Case Management

The Care Manager RN is an experienced RN who functions as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and communicates patient's health care needs with primary care, behavioral health services, health care facilities and/or payers. Requirements
- Coursework/Training - Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 3 years - Clinical nursing experience.
- 1 year - Care Managment or similar experience.
