About The Position
The Emergency Department (ED) Care Manager is responsible for ensuring appropriate admissions / dispositions, status assignments and developing plans to address high risk patients and management of potential readmissions in the ED.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Nursing program Required
- Masters degree
- 2 years of experience in an acute or post-acute setting Required
- Current unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia Required
- Certification in Case or Care Management Required
