The Non-Clinical Team Lead will provide operational support to managers and supervisors for the assigned program. The Team lead is an individual contributor. Team lead assignments will be highly dependent on operational needs and priorities. The team leader will work closely with leaders to use data and reporting to identify and prioritize supports needed. They will act as subject matter experts for system and program support. This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We offer 2 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule. Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 2+ years of experience in a health coordinator role and an expert in their respected function
  • Proficient with MS Microsoft Office and PC applications
  • Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train new teammates
  • Provide ongoing training and retraining based on quality audits
  • Develop and maintain job aids, training materials, and process documentation
  • Support workflow, system, and organizational changes
  • Review daily assignments and support resource allocation
  • Communicate operational updates and readiness activities
  • Monitor productivity, caseloads, and post implementation performance
  • Support corrective action plans and IDT collaboration
