Care Leader RN/LPN
About The Position

We are currently looking for an RN to work in our Briarwood Health Center as a Care Leader. The Staff Nurse is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls as needed.
Requirements
- RN, currently licensed in Washington State.
- Current American Heart CPR certification.
- At least 6 months experience, geriatric experience preferable.
Responsibilities
- Administers medications.
- Administers treatments, including, but not limited to dressings, Cath erizations, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
- Assists in direct resident care when necessary.
- Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
- Assists in admission and discharge procedures.
- Responds to resident emergency call system as indicated.
- Makes rounds with physician and family aware of change in resident's condition.
- Maintains the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each patient.
- Assures continuity of service and care.
- Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
