About The Position
Homewatch CareGivers of Brownsburg offers you flexible hours, paid mileage, referral programs and training.
Requirements
- Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility.
- Assist clients with daily activities in a safe manner.
- Able to function with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional relationship with the client.
- Maintain skills and learn on an ongoing basis, as well as adhere to agency policies.
- Must pass background check, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB test.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Dependable and professional
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping
- Menu planning, meal preparation and set up.
- Laundry and linen change
- Transportation/shopping
- Bathing and dressing assistance
- Safety and companionship
- Use Care+ App to track work schedule, see caregiving responsibilities, help with family communication, and more.
