Your day as a Care Giver / resident Aide As a Care Giver / Resident Aide at Wells Point Lodge , your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting Residents with daily activities, administering medications, documenting care provided, and communicating with healthcare professionals. You will provide emotional support, engage Residents in social activities, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all. Your empathy, attention to detail, and commitment to Resident well-being are essential in this role. Training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your position.
