About The Position
Capitol Physical Therapy is seeking two AMAZING Care Coordinators to join our award-winning team for the 2026 – 2027 school year. This is an ideal opportunity for students planning a gap year before physical therapy school. Compensation: $17.50–$18.50/hour Schedule Needed: • Monday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM • Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM • Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM • Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a similar role desired, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Pleasantly answer phones, schedule patients and direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.
- Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such as data entry, collection of co-payments, order supplies, perform general office upkeep, and assist billing team with insurance verification and Authorizations.
- Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients.
- Assist therapists with rooming patients, check-in and out, and assist in patient care.
