Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Basic office and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/out, collecting payments, and appointment scheduling while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documents
  • Answer phone calls, assist patients, and uphold HIPAA compliance, ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience
