Requirements
- Previous office, scheduling, or customer service experience
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare or home care experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily nursing schedules for pediatric home care clients
- Communicate with nurses and families throughout the day
- Fill open visits quickly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate information in scheduling systems
- Assist with problem solving when changes occur in the field
- Provide administrative and scheduling support for the care team
