About The Position
The Care Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring that Michigan Army National Guard (MIARNG) soldiers are medically prepared for their state and federal missions. This position involves tracking soldiers' medical readiness, managing care coordination, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the medical process. The Care Coordinator will work closely with Case Management staff to ensure that medical records are properly obtained and organized in both electronic and hardcopy formats.
