About The Position

The Care Coordinator at Platinum Communities is responsible for providing direct care to residents while also managing the scheduling and coordination of Caregivers. This role supports the House Manager and Administrator with office tasks and participates in an on-call rotation to address staffing needs.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years caregiver experience working in a CBRF/RCAC environment preferred.
  • Ability to read, speak and write in English.
  • Flexible and available to work beyond regularly scheduled hours, as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications as needed.
  • Ability to learn new technology.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents.
  • Schedule and coordinate the work of Caregivers.
  • Support the House Manager and Administrator with office tasks.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for staffing needs.
