About The Position
The Care Coordinator will support the clinic and physician care team by providing administrative and patient care services. This is a full-time position working M-F between the hours of 7:30 am - 4:30 pm out of our Burnsville and Eagan locations. Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
