Requirements
- Active Ohio RN license
- 1+ years recent home health or acute care experience
- Experience with trachs, IV therapy, and wound vacs preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care for high-acuity patients
- Manage tracheostomy care, IV therapy, and wound vac systems
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Monitor patient status and coordinate care plans
- Educate families on care techniques and protocols
- Document care per regulations and agency policies
