About The Position
Strive Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team! Location: Voorhees, New Jersey 08043 Salary: ~$17-$18/HR Full Time Schedule: (30-32 HRS/WK)-Opening shifts 6:45A - 3:15 and closing shifts 11:45A - 8:15 with some mid day shifts as well. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Basic office and customer service skills

- Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
Responsibilities
- Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service.
- Verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care.
- Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAApliance and fostering a weing healthcare environment.
