About The Position

We are seeking a Care Coordinator and TMS treater to join our team on part time basis with the potential to become full time. In this role, you will work collaboratively with patients to determine their medical needs, develop the best course of action, and oversee their treatment plans, ensuring each client gets high-quality, individualized care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable about healthcare practices.
TMS, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is an advanced and effective treatment for Depression and some other indications delivered with a special device. Full reigning will be offered online and onsite.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or in a similar position is preferred
• Certification as a medical assistant is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize appropriately
• Ability to work in fast-paced situations and make sound decisions quickly
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of compassion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
