About The Position
The Virtual Care Center CCS position will work fully onsite in Bridgeton for the first 9-12 months with hybrid work offered after. This role is responsible for detailed preview of charts for high complexity patients and patients in the population health programs in the virtual care center. The position works with providers across the organization to ensure accurate coding for diagnosis and assists in providing cost-effective healthcare services through the treatment process. The CCS serves as a liaison between patients, physicians, and all other participants of the health care team.
