About The Position

We are a growing home care company seeking a Care Coordinating Manager Associate to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. This role is responsible for supporting daily scheduling operations while delivering exceptional service to caregivers, clients, and internal team members. The Care Coordinating Manager Associate ensures cases are staffed accurately and efficiently, maintaining continuity of care and strong caregiver engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize urgent situations while managing multiple scheduling needs in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset is essential to resolving coverage gaps, supporting caregiver compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will collaborate closely with the Client Services team and the Assistant Director of Care Coordinating to match caregivers to client needs, document all interactions in the company database, monitor credential updates, and address scheduling changes promptly. This position also involves responding to incoming calls, conducting caregiver follow-ups, assisting with administrative processes, and contributing to operational improvements that enhance service quality. The role follows a hybrid schedule based in Silver Spring, MD, with flexibility to support urgent coverage needs as they arise.
