Medica’s Care Coordinated Products (CCP) Support Specialist is responsible for supporting care coordination processes and documentation. Our Support Specialists serve as subject matter experts and manage a variety of administrative functions, including but not limited to: Receiving, managing, and entering authorizations and referrals from internal and external partners Managing care coordination and waiver assessment processes, including data entry Managing email inboxes and responding to inquiries Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional team members on ad-hoc requests or projects as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Eligibility to work in the US: Medica does not offer work visa sponsorship for this role. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application. Employment is contingent on verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
