About The Position

At HomeWell Care Services, we believe exceptional care begins with exceptional care companions. That’s why we put YOU first! We’re looking for dedicated and experienced Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs and PCAs who thrive in providing hands-on care and can commit to 2–12 hour shifts between 7am–7pm . This position is best suited for those with consistent, dependable availability. This role is ideal for individuals who can commit to these hours without outside obligations that could impact patient care. Serving: Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Lake Wylie, and Tega Cay Please note: Due to the sensitive nature of in-home care, applicants with felony or relevant misdemeanor convictions cannot be considered. Why This Role May Be Right for You You have the flexibility to work overnight or extended daytime shifts without schedule conflicts. You bring direct care experience with seniors or chronically ill individuals, especially in toileting and ADL support. You value consistency and reliability in your work schedule. You’re looking for a role where your skills make a real impact in clients’ daily lives.

Requirements

  • Must pass a South Carolina SLED background check
  • Minimum of 6 months experience with seniors or chronically ill individuals
  • CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Reliable, compassionate, and punctual
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (if transporting clients)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with WellSky is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care
  • Proven experience with toileting, incontinent care, bathing, dressing, and other ADLs
  • Monitor client health to reduce hospital re-admissions
  • Build trust with clients and their families
  • Accurately complete care tasks and documentation
  • Follow individualized care plans with professionalism
  • Must be comfortable working overnight or full-day shifts
