About The Position

As a Care Assistant at HSG part of City & County, you will engage in meaningful and rewarding work that makes a real difference in our clients' lives. You will support clients in living safer and more supported lives in their own homes by following individual care plans and assisting with personal care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
• Support clients with medication management.
• Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
