About The Position

We are currently seeking an Care Assistant with Late afternoon availability to work 4.15pm - 9pm + Alternate Weekends. Must hold UK driving license due to the necessity of accompanying clients to various locations. We believe building relationships is important; our Late Afternoon Care Assistant's are paired with clients based on mutual interests and have minimum 1 hour visits to provide time to care. Requirements

• No previous care experience necessary.
• We are looking for people from across the community who share our values to provide compassionate care and get to know our clients as you would your own family.
• Full paid training is provided.
• Must hold UK driving license due to the necessity of accompanying clients to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including support for daily hygiene routines.
• Assisting with mobility to ensure safe movement.
• Offering companionship for emotional well-being.
• Completing housekeeping tasks if and when required such as laundry and light cleaning.
• Accompanying clients to activities, appointments and shopping.
• Managing medication, including collecting prescriptions and offering reminders.
• Meal preparation and planning to clients’ specific requirements.
• Embracing opportunities to enrich the lives of our clients.
