Mercy Village is looking for Care Assistants - Days/Afternoons/Nights or Weekends! Mercy Village is seeking Care Assistants for its community in Fort Gratiot, MI. About the Role Under the direction of the Nurse Manager your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
- Providing supportive daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s care plan
- Escorting residents to and from meals, activities etc., when needed
- Proactively identifying, developing and executing solutions to enhance the resident living experience
