About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team in White Lake, MI. Requirements
- Previous experience in a care giving role is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Have a clear background.
- Basic physical ability to assist with mobility and other physical care tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Report any changes in client condition or concerns to the supervisory staff promptly.
- Follow all care plans and company policies to deliver high-quality care.
