About The Position
The position is for a part-time caregiver who provides personal care services to clients in their residence as directed by the Care Coordinator. The caregiver will be responsible for essential duties including primary care, monitoring client safety, and providing restorative care based on individual needs and physician orders. The role also involves attending meetings to discuss client needs and maintaining ongoing communication with the Care Coordinator.
