About The Position
The Care Access Pro Manager at HealPros is responsible for leading and supporting a nationwide team of Care Access Pros (CAPs) who provide in-home retinal imaging services for diabetic patients. This role focuses on operational excellence, team leadership, and continuous improvement to enhance patient care and member satisfaction. The manager will foster a culture of compassion and accountability while ensuring that the CAPs deliver high-quality care to underserved communities.
