Cardiothoracic Surgery Position, University of Michigan Health – Sparrow Lansing, Michigan

Sparrow is seeking a dynamic BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join U-M Sparrow Heart and Vascular. The U-M Sparrow Heart and Vascular Team are the region's leaders in exceptional heart and vascular care. This is a wonderful chance to join a group that was established over 50 years ago.
• 1:3 call
• 250-275 Open Heart cases with a growing Structural Heart Program
• 500-600 vascular cases per year (open vascular and endovascular)
• Dedicated Cardiac OR Team
• Large Cardiology Group
• Advanced Practice Cardiovascular Providers
• Level 1 Trauma Center
• 600 bed hospital
• EPIC EMR
• Big Ten University city
Position is hospital employed and offers:

Requirements

• Eligible for Board Certification within five (5) years of completing an accredited residency program
• MD or DO
• Demonstrates ability to use a keyboard as may be required to perform the essential duties of the job.
