Cardiovascular Technologist - Full Time - Days
About The Position
Assists cardiologist with all cardiac cath procedures such as left and right heart caths, LV and coronary angiography, coronary angioplasty/stent placement, and pacemaker implants. Operates the Cath Lab Xray system and Siemens Hemodynamic system. Assist Radiologist with a variety of procedures such as arteriograms and tube placements. Knowledge of the special lab X-ray equipment. Exams to be performed with the highest technical quality and efficiency while providing compassionate care and ensuring patient safety.
Requirements
- ARRT registered or CVT.
- BLS upon hire.
- ACLS certified within six months of hire.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- One year experience preferred, but not required.
