This position involves assisting physicians in performing invasive and noninvasive cardiac, structural heart interventions, and vascular procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab (CCL). You will prepare patients and procedural sites using aseptic techniques, assist physicians by calibrating equipment, and prepare supplies, devices, and instruments for procedures. You will also set up, operate, and monitor complex digital medical and fluoroscopic equipment to ensure accurate image acquisition and expected patient outcomes. This role requires continuous monitoring of patients' conditions through interpretation of EKG and hemodynamic waveforms, and you will be responsible for maintaining an electronically and radiologic safe environment in the CCL.
