Work Shift Day (United States of America) Call Required within 30 minute Holiday Call Required-Weekends Included when on Call Shift: 7:00a-5:30p M-F-4'10's Job Summary: Functions under the direction of the Site Manager. He/she is responsible for performing a wide variety of clinical procedures requiring independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of the equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Builds a culture of trust and engagement as reflected in the Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey at a direct report, workgroup and hospital/entity level. Holds leaders accountable for behaviors that create trust and engagement. Performs all duties and responsibilities of this position in a manner that reflects the values of WellStar. Maintains and strengthens relationships with physicians and assures their involvement in developing systems to assure the growth of the service and the cost effective delivery of quality patient care in a manner that fosters patient and employee satisfaction. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all WellStar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct. Work experience in medical setting Preferred Required Minimum Skills KSAs Proficiency Basic knowledge of cardiovascular cath or electrophysiology procedures, patient positioning, exposure factors and radiation protection. Required special/advanced procedure registry as outline above. Basic knowledge of electrocardiography, coronary heart disease, cardiac anatomy and physiology preferred with EKG interpretation. Basic knowledge of hemodynamics, intracardiac electrograms, and electrophysiology equipment. Ability to react quickly to emergency patient care situations Ability to maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees, patients, families and physicians. The individual must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English language and display a positive attitude. Requirements

• Basic knowledge of cardiovascular cath or electrophysiology procedures, patient positioning, exposure factors and radiation protection.
