About The Position

Provides appropriate patient care in the Pediatric Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology Labs. Circulates, scrubs, and records diagnostic and interventional procedures for pediatric and adult interventional, heart failure, pulmonary, and electrophysiology services. Operates appropriate medical equipment and software and interacts professionally with customers and staff.

Requirements

• AS Degree from an accredited Cardiovascular Technology Program OR AS Degree from accredited Radiologic Technologist Program.
• Credentialed by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) if holding an AS Degree in Cardiovascular Technology.
• Possess the Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) or Radiography (R) Registration Category issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) if holding an AS Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• Current ACLS/BLS certification.
