About The Position
The Cardiovascular Sonography Clinical Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of sonography professionals by delivering high-quality curriculum content and fostering a supportive learning environment. Contribute to the development of innovative teaching strategies that enhance student learning outcomes. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards. Requirements
- Associate's Degree in a relevant field (required).
- RDCS or RCS certification (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in cardiovascular sonography (required).
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- RVT or RVS certification is a plus.
- Experience in diverse clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient environments, preferred.
- No prior teaching experience required; a passion for education and mentorship is essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver curriculum content to Cardiovascular Sonography students in alignment with program objectives and accreditation standards.
- Mentor and support students in their academic and professional development, fostering their growth into competent professionals.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to ensure seamless curriculum implementation and student engagement.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and clinical activities.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to program development initiatives.
